Thailya Connor, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a clinical focus in urology. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with both acute and chronic genitourinary conditions. Her approach emphasizes evidence-based practice, patient education, and collaborative decision-making to optimize health outcomes and quality of life.

Thailya began her career as a registered nurse in the acute care setting, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical assessment, complex patient management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Her transition into advanced practice nursing was driven by a passion for expanding her role in diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of patient conditions.

Her clinical interests within urology include the management of recurrent urinary tract infections, overactive bladder, incontinence, kidney stone disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and men’s and women’s urologic health. She is committed to creating a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable discussing sensitive concerns and empowered to participate in their care.
