Dr. Dhillon is fellowship trained in Hematology and Medical Oncology. He received Hematology & Oncology fellowship training at Drexel University College of Medicine, Philadelphia. During the final year of his training, he served as Chief Fellow, and Instructor for Drexel University medical students. Dr. Dhillon is board-certified in Medical Oncology, Hematology and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Dhillon received his medical degree from Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana, India. Subsequently, he completed internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center program in Paterson, NJ. After finishing residency, and prior to starting fellowship training, he worked as Clinical Instructor in Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
Dr. Dhillon’s clinical interests include a broad spectrum of disorders including solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, and benign hematologic disorders. His special interests include myeloma, lymphoma, breast cancer, gastrointestinal malignancies, prostate cancer, and lung cancer. Dr. Dhillon also specializes in treatment of disorders of blood cells, bleeding and coagulation disorders.
Dr. Dhillon has participated in a number of research projects. He has presented his work at national meetings, and published in journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine.
Dr. Dhillon is an advocate of collaborative and patient-centered cancer care that delivers effective treatment while maintaining quality of life.

Gregory A. Maggass, MD is board certified in radiation oncology, with a focus on the treatment of prostate cancer with both brachytherapy and IMRT/IGRT radiation therapy. Dr. Maggass has extensive experience with brachytherapy treatment using radioactive seeds, otherwise known as Internal Radiation Therapy. He is a pioneer in bringing Brachytherapy to patients in Arizona treating prostate, skin, eye and breast cancers.
Passionate about advancing treatments in cancer care, Dr. Maggass played an instrumental role in developing improved treatments for delivering radiation, as well as combining radiation with surgical techniques and chemotherapy.
For nearly two decades, Dr. Maggass served as the Medical Director for Arizona Oncology Services in the East Valley. In this role, he started and lead the prostate brachytherapy program at Banner Desert Medical Center and Banner Baywood. In 2012, Dr. Maggass partnered with Arizona Center for Cancer Care to expand the groups footprint into the East Valley.
Dr. Maggass received his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his residency at the University of Southern California Medical Center, where he received specialized training in Brachytherapy.

Dr. Sigalove specializes in treating both benign and malignant diseases of the breast. Experienced in minimally invasive techniques, she focuses on care with compassion, and emphasizes the team approach to fighting cancer. She strives to achieve the most optimal cancer treatment with the least amount of disfigurement to the breast.
Partnering with her husband, a reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Sigalove helped advance novel surgical techniques that minimize pain, maximize recovery, and enhance the appearance of the reconstructed breast. With multiple publications, she actively lectures and continues to teach the technique of nipple sparing mastectomy with pre-pectoral reconstruction.
Dr. Sigalove held the position of Breast Program Director at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and Health System Clinician at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She was selected by her peers as “Top Cancer Doctor” in Chicago Magazine in 2017 and was chosen as “Top Doctor” by Castle Connolly in 2014 and 2017.
Dr. Sigalove is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and completed her surgical residency at Rush Medical Center and Cook County Hospital in Chicago. She graduated from Rush Medical College and obtained her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.
Her love of the desert, heat and sun attracted Dr. Sigalove to Arizona, where she now lives with her twin children and husband. Dr. Sigalove’s practice philosophy is based on the premise, that in medicine, you always have the ability to “do the right thing.”
Dr. Scott P. Tannehill is Board Certified in Radiation Oncology with over two decades of clinical experience. He has been in practice in Arizona since 2008 and was a co-founder of Arizona Breast Cancer Specialists and Arizona Radiation Oncology Specialists, both of which joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2012.
Dr. Tannehill earned his medical degree and specialty training at the University of Wisconsin. He has held faculty positions at several top-tier universities, including the University of Wisconsin, the University of Florida, and the University of Arizona. He was Chair of the Oncology Curriculum for the University of Wisconsin for several years. He worked a sabbatical year at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne, Australia before moving to Arizona and joining the faculty at the University of Arizona-Tucson, where he served as the Program Director for the Radiation Oncology Residency. Dr. Tannehill continues to hold the academic title of Clinical Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology with the University of Arizona and continues to educate medical trainees.
Dr. Tannehill has extensive clinical expertise in brachytherapy and in Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT). He has been invited to present on his techniques and experience both nationally and internationally. His research interests include treatment techniques for breast cancer, brachytherapy for breast and other cancers; and participation in cooperative group clinical research.
Dr. Tannehill is a member of the European Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology. He is board certified in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Radiology.
Dr. Tannehill is a multi-year “Top Doc” honoree by Phoenix Magazine and has been named among the “Best Doctors in America” by Best Doctors, Inc since 2003.
