Dr. Adoo joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2008. He received his undergraduate degree from Achimota School Sixth Form College in Ghana. He earned his medical degree from the University of Ghana Medical School. Dr. Adoo completed his internship and residency at the St. Agnes Hospital, where he would eventually serve as the chief resident. He completed a fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine’s Greenbaum Cancer Center.
Dr. Adoo has been or is currently a member of the American College of Physicians/American Society of Internal Medicine, American Association of Blood Banks, American Society of Hematology and American Society of Clinical Oncologists amongst others.

Dr. Jonathan W. Agins specializes in urology, and his expertise in overactive bladder and incontinence has been nationally recognized. He is a much sought-after trainer for Medtronic’s Interstim device, the only such trainer in Arizona.
He is also a cofounder of Erectile Dysfunction Specialists of Arizona, a Center of Excellence for men’s health and penile implant surgery.
He joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2010 when his team at Valley Urology Associates, entered into partnership with them. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degrees from the Seth G.S. Medical College at the University of Bombay in India, as well as his medical degree. Dr. Banghar would travel to the United States for his residency in internal medicine at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, followed by his fellowship, where he would eventually serve as chief fellow.
Currently, Dr. Banghar is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and American Society of Hematology.
He has participated in a research study involving cerebrovascular diseases and been published in several journals, including Leukemia Research and the Indian Journal of Medical Sciences. Dr. Chehval was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his undergraduate taining at the University of Dayton in Ohio, earning a Bachelors Degree in science with a minor in psychology. He then went on to complete a Masters Degree with a thesis in physiology at Loyola University in Chicago in 2005. Following, he attended the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine where he was awarded Honors for the top performance in the behavioral sciences department and for the most outstanding ability in the department of surgery. He graduated medical school in 2010 and completed the early years of his residency at St. Louis University before completing his training in urology at the University of Iowa in 2017.
Dr. Chehval has a particular interest in endoscopic surgery, minimally invasive surgery (robotics/laparoscopy), stone disease, management of BPH and infertility.

Dr. Choi has participated in a number of research studies involving role of U5 in mRNA splicing complex, second allogeneic transplant for relapsed high-grad hematologic malignancies, radiation therapy for gastroesophageal junction and gastric carcinoma as well as transcriptosome profiling of B-CLL to identify novel markers for prognosis and therapeutic targets.
In addition to his research, Dr. Choi has been published in the Journal of Bone Marrow Transplant and has presented his research findings at the American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.
Timothy Coyne is a certified physician’s assistant at Arizona Center for Cancer Care. Coyne earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a certificate of competition in the Physician Assistant Program in 2003 from Drexel University. While attending Drexel University, he also received a certificate of completion in HIPPA Privacy Program.
Prior to joining Arizona Center for Cancer Care, Coyne’s professional experience includes working in the Gift of Life Donor Program in Philadelphia as a tissue coordinator where he worked with medical examiners to obtain permission to recover tissues as well as offered tissue donation opportunities for next-of-kin. He also worked for An Ounce of Prevention as the north east project director in Tampa. He supervises a staff of 20 for nationally based organizations specializing in disease management, health education and health screening services. In addition, he also most recently worked as a physician assistant for Valley Urologic Associates.

Dr. Dahmer joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2008 when her team at Arizona Center for Hematology and Oncology partnered with the practice. She completed medical school at University of Western Ontario after being admitted on a faculty scholarship just one year out of high school. Dr. Dahmer completed her internship at McGill University in Montreal and her fellowship at McMaster University in Hamilton (Canada). In addition, Dr. Dahmer completed her residency at Dalhousie University, where she also served as chief resident. Prior to joining Arizona Center for Hematology and Oncology in 2002, Dr. Dahmer developed the oncology program at both Maryvale and Memorial Hospitals in Phoenix. She was also Chief of Medicine at Laurentian Hospital in California and has served as a medical consultant for prominent centers and labs.
Dr. Dahmer has been active in the medical community as a past or current member of several organizations, most recently as a member of The Arizona Clinical Oncology Society, the
American Society of Hematology and the Association of Community Cancer Centers, just to name a few. She has also volunteered her time to many health-related causes, including serving as medical director for the HAVEN Program of Northeastern Ohio, a comprehensive program for those infected with and affected by HIV.

Dr. Ben O’Neill Donovan – an Arizona native – specializes in urology, with an emphasis on pediatric urology. His pediatric urology expertise includes complex urethral reconstruction, laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopic pyeloplasty, ureteral reimplant and orchidopexy, as well as bladder reconstruction and urinary diversion. He also has expertise in minimally invasive, robotic and laparoscopic surgeries.

Eileen Gebhart is an adult nurse practitioner at Arizona Center for Cancer Care, working with Dr. Devinder Singh, and has been compassionate for her chosen nursing profession for more than 30years. Eileen graduated from the Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing in New Jersey. After moving to Arizona, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. She spent 18 years of her nursing career in the operating room as a staff nurse, an educator and a manager. In 1992, her nursing focus changed to oncology, specifically surgical oncology at the John Wayne Cancer Institute located in Santa Monica.
In 1998, Eileen graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Nursing as an adult nurse practitioner with a specialty in oncology, and earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing. She is board certified as an adult practitioner from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She was a clinical assistant professor at the UCLA School of Nursing from 2001 to 2003 while employed as a nurse practitioner.

Dr. Torre H. Rhoades specializes in urology, with a focus on urooncologic surgery, a skill set that is embraced by only a select group of urologists in Arizona.
Dr. Rhoades joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2010. He attended the University of New Mexico before earning early admittance to medical school at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where he was also vice president of the American Medical Student Association. Dr. Rhoades also completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where he would eventually serve as chief resident. While in residency, Dr. Rhoades was recognized for his outstanding laparoscopic and robotic skills, and he was given the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award. He completed his fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic at Florida in Urologic Oncology.
Dr. Rhoades is an expert with robotics and laparoscopy, and uniquely offers Continent Diversions (NeoBladders) for patients requiring radical cystectomy for muscle invasive bladder cancer. In addition to complex cancer surgery, Dr. Rhoades is well respected for his skills as a General Urologist.
