Nicole Keon, MBA

Chief Administrative Officer

Nicole holds an undergraduate degree in Health Management and Policy with minors in Business Administration and Health Promotion and Behavior from Oregon State University, Corvallis, OR and her Masters in Business Administration - Finance from Arizona State University, Tempe, AZ. She has been with AZCCC since 2012. Nicole’s background includes executive level healthcare administration in all aspects of oncology; hematology/oncology, radiation oncology and surgical oncology, both in the private practice and facility environment. Nicole’s philosophy for success in the healthcare environment is the use of a physician dyad model in which an executive administrator and engaged physician leader team up to accomplish the organization’s goals across the continuum.

Amanda Countryman, CPA, MBA

Chief Financial officer

Amanda has been working in the Healthcare Finance industry in various roles for the past 20 years and recently joined the AZCCC Corporate team in November 2021. She enjoys living in Chandler with her husband and three teenagers who keep them busy with all their school and extracurricular activities. She graduated from Arizona State University with a BS-Accounting and went on to get her MBA-Finance from Grand Canyon University after first passing the CPA exam. In her free time, Amanda likes to travel, do yoga, play golf, run half marathons, spend quality time with family and friends and watch baseball.

Jenny Martin, MBA

Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth

Jenny brings over 15 years of experience working in the field of healthcare administration and business development, holding executive leadership positions in both hospital and private practice settings since 2012. After Jenny’s younger sister Annie lost her battle to cancer at the age of 24, Jenny became particularly passionate about cancer treatment and patient care. Determined to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients, Jenny leveraged her knowledge and expertise in oncology healthcare administration and business development by starting a non-profit organization, Phoenix Cancer Support Network. Jenny earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies with a concentration in Speech from Emerson College in Boston, MA and her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management at Columbia Southern University. Jenny lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband, Sam and their 3 children, Ari and Elliott and Gia.

Vice President of Oncology Practice Operations

Paul has led various healthcare organizations for the past 25 years. His perspective regarding healthcare is to keep patients in mind for every decision made. He lives in central Phoenix with his husband and young son. He also has two adult children and two grandchildren, which keep him busy. He graduated from University System of New Hampshire with his BS in Business Administration and his MBA/HCA from University of Phoenix. He and his family enjoy camping, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, and other outdoor activities.

Kylie Mote, JD

Kylie has served as AZCCC’s Corporate Counsel since 2021. A cum laude graduate of the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Kylie has ten years of practice experience representing physicians, physician groups, and healthcare organizations in a wide range of legal matters. Prior to joining AZCCC, Kylie practiced as an associate attorney at a distinguished Phoenix law firm, representing healthcare clients and business entities in matters including healthcare compliance and regulatory investigations, healthcare fraud and abuse, commercial litigation, business transactions, contract negotiation, and workplace investigations/employment disputes. Over the course of her legal career, Kylie has been a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Arizona Society of Healthcare Attorneys, the Maricopa County Bar Association, and the Arizona Women Lawyers Association.

Cindy Pye, RN

Director of Business Development

Cindy Pye brings a wealth of expertise to her role as Director of Business Development with over three decades of experience in healthcare and medical device sales. Graduating with a nursing degree, Cindy specialized in critical care and emergency medicine, honing her skills at UC San Diego and Scripps hospital systems, and later at the Mayo Clinic and HonorHealth in Arizona. Transitioning from a successful nursing career to the dynamic field of medical device sales, Cindy held pivotal positions at Abbott Laboratories, Biomerieux, and Semler Scientific, showcasing her versatility and leadership. Now residing in Fountain Hills, Cindy shares her home with her fur babies, Annabelle, Bogdan, and Charlie.

Brock Dieterle is an accomplished MBA-level accounting professional with over 14 years of experience and a proven track record of implementing strategic financial initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Specializing in healthcare, he has a deep understanding of the unique financial challenges and opportunities within this sector and uses his expertise to support the growth and prosperity of patient services. Brock is a firm believer in fostering a company culture that prioritizes staff development, patient satisfaction, financial stewardship, and accountability. In his personal time, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

My Name is Ann Stephens, I was born in Cleveland, Ohio but raised in Germany and Texas. Working on obtaining dual citizenship. I have 15+ years of Human Resource experience. I have my MBA in International Business with a concentration in Human Resources, and my Professional Human Resource certification. Currently, I am going to school to become a yoga and meditation teacher. I love to travel internationally, shopping, dancing, reading about different cultures and hanging out with friends and family.
