On February 21st, 2024, Change Healthcare (a nationwide health care technology pipeline software) experienced a cyber attack that prompted them to take all systems offline as a precautionary measure. While this incident did not compromise AZCCC's systems or the patient information we store, it has unfortunately impacted our ability to send out billing statements to our valued patients. As an interim solution, you may be contacted via email to notify you of your account balance.
