AZCCC welcomes radiation oncologist Dr. Justin Famoso! Dr. Famoso specializes in radiation oncology, therefore treating a wide variety of diseases with innovative radiation technologies. Furthermore, he promotes continuity of care emphasizing a multi-discipline approach to his practice.

Dr. Famoso has extensive training with modern radiation treatment technologies and techniques. As a result, his training includes external beam radiation therapy, IMRT, SBRT and brachytherapy.

Dr. Famoso joined Arizona Center for Cancer Care in 2019. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University, with a double major in Biology and Chemistry. Dr, Famoso continued at West Virginia University, earning his Medical Doctorate. He completed his internship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Finally, his radiation oncology residency training was at the University of Arizona where he also served as chief resident.

Dr. Famoso enjoys golfing, skiing, playing piano, traveling and viticulture. What is viticulture? It is the cultivation and harvesting of grapes, as in wine growing. In addition, another passion for Dr. Famoso are West Virginia University sports so Go Mountaineers!
