  • Prioritize your tasks and concentrate on completing the ones at the top of the list

  • Spend more time outdoors for a better mood and easier relaxation
  • Socialize with others

  • Get plenty of sleep, about seven or more hours per night
  • Participate in a support group
  • Schedule time to yourself for relaxation each day
  • Pursue activities you enjoy
  • Keep a journal and write about things that stress you
  • Learn a new hobby and spend time each week enjoying that activity
