She and her husband moved to Arizona where she attended Midwestern University College of Physician Assistant Studies in 2000.
Dahlia brings more than 20 years-experience as a Physician Assistant and spent a good portion of her career working as a Hospitalist PA here in the Valley. She has been working in the field of Hematology and Oncology in both the inpatient and outpatient setting because, as she says, “my heart lies with cancer care.” She takes pride in providing the best continuity of care throughout diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. Her goal is to make a positive impact in patients’ lives while they are navigating their cancer journey. Her open communication style allows her the opportunity to truly get to know patients and their families. Dahlia incorporates personalized care into each treatment plan by considering each person’s unique, individual needs and goals. She strives to help patients experience a positive quality of life.
When she is not working, Dahlia enjoys an active lifestyle. She tries to practice what she preaches by eating healthy and exercising regularly. For fun, she enjoys skiing, paddle-boarding, yoga, hiking and traveling with her husband and their two children, and spending time with her fur-baby; Jett (their Labrador Retriever).
