Dr. James Choi specializes in hematology, medical oncology and internal medicine. Dr. Choi has participated in a number of research studies involving the role of U5 in mRNA splicing complex, second allogeneic transplant for relapsed high-grad hematologic malignancies, radiation therapy for gastroesophageal junction and gastric carcinoma as well as transcriptome profiling of B-CLL to identify novel markers for prognosis and therapeutic targets.

In addition to his research, Dr. Choi has been published in the Journal of Bone Marrow Transplant and has presented his research findings at the American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.
